This physician specializes in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, having completed a fellowship at the "Dr. José Eleuterio González" University Hospital in Monterrey, NL (2009–2011). He furthered his training with a Research and Fetal Neuroimaging Fellowship at Texas Children's Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine, in Houston, Texas (2016–2017). He holds a Doctorate in Bioethics from the Institute for Bioethics Research in Monterrey, NL (2024), and is recognized as a Level I Researcher in Mexico's National System of Researchers (SNI) under CONACYT. He currently serves as Professor of Embryology at the Faculty of Medicine, Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (U.A.N.L.).
