Dr. Sharon Mingo is the BSN Prelicensure Strategies for Success Program Director at LaSalle University. Her dedication to her students is unwavering and she works tirelessly with faculty and prelicensure undergraduate students to increase student retention from enrollment to graduation. Dr. Mingo is the author of peer-reviewed articles providing understanding and support to nursing students preparing for the NCLEX-RN and supporting students experiencing academic failure. In addition, she serves as a Live Review Educator and HESI Compass Coach in the Elsevier Academy of Educators.
