Donna Mayo MSN, RN is an accomplished healthcare professional who currently serves as the VP of Clinical Informatics with Elsevier. With over 30 years of experience in applying informatics principles to advance professional practice and patient-centered care, Donna is a seasoned expert in her field. In her current role, Donna provides informatics leadership and collaborates with healthcare organizations and EHR vendors to design and optimize the user experience within the clinical workflow.

Donna is passionate about developing solutions that support evidence-based practice and actionable clinical decision support at the point of care. Donna earned her BSN and MSN from Grand Valley State University, Allendale, Michigan. Her clinical experience includes medical-surgical care, telemetry, and home health care. With her extensive background in healthcare and informatics, Donna is dedicated to advancing the healthcare industry and improving patient outcomes.

Marti Rheault, MSN, RN is a master’s prepared registered nurse. Her 40 years of nursing include experiences as a bedside clinician, staff educator, clinical nurse specialist and clinical editor. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about patient-centered, evidence-informed care informed by and supported through the professional processes of care.

Susan teaches at Walden University, the University of Central Florida, and Thomas Edison State University with a focus on research, health policy, and technology. Dr. Fowler is actively engaged in many professional organizations including a member of the American Nurses Association Ethics Advisory Board.

Jami Falk is an Office of Primary Care (OPC) Nurse Leader with over 21 years of progressive leadership experience within the Veterans Health Administration, spanning critical care, mental health, ambulatory care, and enterprise-level quality management, and primary care. She has extensive expertise in advancing primary care nursing practice, population health, and system-wide quality improvement across facility, regional, and national levels.

For the past 15 years in ambulatory care, Ms. Falk has led the development of primary care nursing practice guidance and transformational coaching initiatives focused on population health, chronic disease management, and post-discharge quality improvement. She is committed to improving care for underserved populations, expanding access to women’s health services, and advancing rural health through telehealth.

Ms. Falk provides executive oversight to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality nursing practice, leading process improvement efforts through effective change management strategies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Jamestown and a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from the University of Mary. She is a Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) through the American Organization of Nurse Executives and actively contributes to professional organizations, including AAACN, ACHE, and ANA.

Billie is a transformational healthcare executive with national recognition for innovative population health strategies.  Proven history in improving quality, safety, patient/provider satisfaction scores engaging nurses, providers, interdisciplinary team and community partners resulting in creation of population health implementation model (Accountable Community of Health) recognized by the American Academy of Nursing as an Edge Runner. Author of "Inspired Healthcare, A Value-based Care Coordination Model." Program recognized by ANCC Magnet Prize for Innovation, American Hospital Association Rural Health Leadership Award. Presenting serving as Chair of the AAN Edge Runner National Advisory Council, Co-Chair of the AAANN Care Coordination Transition Management SIG.
