Maddison (Maddy) Caterine is the Senior Director of Medical Education at Osmosis, where she informs education strategy and initiatives across Osmosis and Elsevier’s broader medical education portfolio. A physician by training, she joined Osmosis in 2019 after earning her medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, bringing a strong foundation in health professions education shaped by her Master’s training in Clinical Anatomy at Western University. In her current role, Maddy focuses on creating inclusive, learner‑centered experiences that bridge foundational science, clinical readiness, and exam preparation to improve learning outcomes and support a successful transition to practice.
